Use of the service
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the data you enter, and any activity that occurs under your credentials. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it secure. You are responsible for the actions of users you invite to your gym.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
- Do not use the Service to send unsolicited communications.
Intellectual property
GymFlow and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Service. You retain ownership of the data you upload.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymFlow will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
